Brenovia Terms of use

01

Purpose of the site

Brenovia is an independent, informational project about support for families in South Africa. The texts are for general information and personal reference. They do not constitute legal, financial or social-welfare advice, and the site takes no applications and provides no professional services. Brenovia is not affiliated with the South African government, SASSA or any state body, and does not administer, approve or pay any grant or benefit.

02

Use of the material

You may read, print and save the texts for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts provided you credit Brenovia as the source and include a link to the relevant page. Reproducing the texts in full, republishing them or using them commercially requires prior written permission by email.

03

Intellectual property

The texts and the composition of the site belong to Brenovia. The images are illustrative, are used only to accompany the articles and do not depict real people, cases or activities of the project.

04

Accuracy and availability

The texts are written with care and corrected when errors come to light, but programmes, rules and contact details change, and the information may become out of date or incomplete. For anything that affects your situation, confirm the current details directly with the relevant official body. The site may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn without notice.

05

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brenovia accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the information published here. Always apply for support through official channels, where applying is free, and never pay a fee or share your ID, banking details or PINs with anyone who contacts you claiming to help.

06

General and contact

By using the site you accept these terms. They may be updated, and the version published on this page is the one in force. South African law applies. For questions about these terms:
